Where are your fulfillment centers located and do they all provide the same services?

We have 5 fulfillment facilities in the United States. All of them offer the same services and are ISO 9001 certified to ensure we provide the same operational quality. In addition, we have international fulfillment partners in Canada, Europe, and Asia that we're fully integrated with to ensure our customers can easily expand their global footprint.

Who can I speak with regarding a package I received from you?

If you have received a package from one of our facilities that you have questions about or you need to return the package, please reach out to the Brand and/or Company who sold you the package first. Usually, you can find contact information on the packing slip in the package or on the website of the company.

If you cannot find the right information, you can reach out to us through our contact form and we'll assist you.

What’s your commitment to environmental responsibility?

We have a total of 1,257 KW solar systems powering four of the five DCL Logistics facilities in the US, and plans to continue increasing that in the future. To augment our ability to generate our own power, we’ve implemented skylights in all our warehouses and only run our LED lights at night. Plus 100% of our forklifts are electric and are charged by our solar systems when idle.

While we can’t single-handedly eliminate the use of packaging, we can certainly create a standard of sustainable and recyclable materials. We primarily source recycled and compostable packing materials, including corrugated boxes, shrink wrap and biodegradable packing bags. We advocate that our clients correctly size their packaging to have as little waste as possible, we estimate this reduces excess by as much as 20% on a per order basis.
