What type of fulfillment do you support?
DCL supports direct-to-consumer ecommerce, B2B, and retail fulfillment. We also support customers working with Amazon fulfillment services, including Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM), and Seller-Fulfilled Prime (SFM).
We store, maintain, and optimize our clients' inventory to allow them to focus on other facets of their business. We work with our clients to strategically distribute and store their inventory globally at one of DCL's fulfillment centers, ensuring we can get their products to their customers as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
We support all retailer fulfillment destination types—direct to stores, distribution centers, boutique stores or directly to end consumers. We ensure that your deliveries meet the delivery dates so you never miss a deadline and comply with all the necessary routing requirements.
We provide a platform to connect to any retailers with a closed-based EDI portal, providing a dashboard of all EDI feeds and order history. The EDI portal allows you to manage and adjust your EDI connections and EDI orders. DCL provides in-house technical support to setup and manage existing or custom integrations.
DCL provides flawless execution of all Amazon seller programs to accelerate the growth of your business. Qualifying and executing the Amazon SFP program is not a simple task and we have the discipline and qualifications to manage the SFP program on your behalf. We have the experience and operational expertise to cost effectively store and prepare your Amazon FBA shipments. DCL has over a decade of working with Amazon and we have an intimate knowledge of all their seller and vendor programs.

Can DCL help my company with freight and shipping costs?
The DCL team helps every client audit their transportation fees each year. We have excellent relationships with the major carriers (including UPS, Fedex, DHL, and CH Robinson) to provide package and bulk freight services for domestic and international shipments. Customers can use our shipping platform to estimate costs before they execute orders. Our freight solutions will deliver cost savings, increased delivery speeds, and operational efficiencies to your business. We save our clients an average of 33% and 21% on small parcel and LTL, respectively.
Does DCL support international shipping?
Our Transportation and Trade Compliance team have extensive experience managing global shipping for large enterprise brands. They support DCL customers by ensuring freight costs are optimized and customs compliance is updated.
We have two international partner 3PLs who offer our customers easy integration to the Canadian and European marketplaces. Both of these partners have tenured experience in fulfillment and they provide local expertise to our customers looking to start shipping into new countries. DCL customers using these international partners can easily see the status of inventory levels in their European warehouses through eFactory, just as they can for orders in the US.
