Fulfillment Types
Direct-to-Consumer: Flow Rack Order Processing
Flow rack order processing allows our fulfillment team to pick and verify customer orders fast and accurately. This fulfillment setup is ideal for customers with smaller, lighter products and low SKU counts.
Direct-to-Consumer: Robotics Order Processing
Robotics order processing is a fully autonomous pick and verify fulfillment system. This setup is ideal for customers with smaller, lighter products, higher SKU counts, and a high volume of orders.
Print and Apply
All DCL facilities are equipped with high speed Print & Apply lines to ensure shipping labels are printed and applied quickly and accurately to all orders.
Business-to-Business: Bulk Shipments
DCL ships over 1 million units to businesses and retailers every month. Our operation is setup to manage bulk shipments whether it be pallet or carton picks.
