DCL Logistics Named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies

Category:News

Growth in logistics isn’t always about shipping more orders. It’s also about helping omnichannel brands scale without compromising the quality, flexibility, and service that made them successful in the first place. Today’s supply chain is complex, marked by volatile market conditions, high customer expectations, and brands selling across more channels than ever before. In short, it’s no easy feat.

DCL Logistics is named one of the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies. This recognition validates DCL’s 40 years of evolving and innovating within the ecommerce and retail industries while staying committed to the operational excellence and customer partnerships that have defined our business since 1982.

Built for Long-Term Growth

One of the biggest reasons DCL has been able to grow steadily over four decades is its long-term approach to building the business. As a privately held company, DCL has never been driven (or beholden to) by short-term investor expectations. Instead, it has consistently reinvested in its operations, including owning its fulfillment facilities, giving our customers greater stability, operational control, and the flexibility to adapt as their businesses evolve. This long-term investment strategy has allowed DCL to expand its national footprint while avoiding many of the disruptions that have affected other providers.

The logistics industry has changed dramatically over the past four decades, and even more in recent years. Throughout those changes, DCL’s approach to investing in the people, technology, and infrastructure that help brands grow with confidence is paying off.

“Earning a place on the Inc. 5000 is especially meaningful for a company with more than 40 years of history. It demonstrates that long-term thinking and continuous innovation can produce meaningful growth at any stage of a company’s journey. Our growth has come from investing in our people, facilities and technology and, most importantly, from helping our customers grow without sacrificing the quality or customer experience that built their brands.”

Dave Tu President of DCL Logistics

From the beginning, quality and innovation have been core values of DCL. These values have guided every major investment, from expanding our fulfillment network to building proprietary technology that gives brands greater visibility and control over their operations.

Growing Alongside our Customers

The past several years are marked as a period of significant expansion for DCL. As our customers have grown, we’ve seen:

  • Increased ecommerce and retail shipping volume
  • Rising demand for international fulfillment amid changing global trade conditions
  • More brands adopting omnichannel fulfillment strategies across DTC, retail, Amazon, marketplaces, and B2B
  • Greater need for technology that delivers real-time visibility, automation, and operational intelligence

Supporting that growth requires more than warehouse space. It also requires fulfillment systems that can scale while maintaining speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer experiences.

Today, DCL’s technology platform, eFactory helps brands manage inventory, optimize shipping decisions, automate workflows, and gain greater operational visibility. All while maintaining the flexibility needed to adapt as businesses evolve.

Investing Ahead of Demand

One of the most significant milestones in DCL’s recent growth has been the purchasing and opening of our largest fulfillment center to date in Southern California.

The new 165,000-square-foot Class A facility located in Perris, California, expands our national fulfillment network while introducing the latest warehouse automation. These include AI-assisted shipping optimization, SelectShip, enhanced conveyance systems, and dedicated specialty areas like a clean room, temperature control, RMA processing, and more.

These investments aren’t simply about increasing capacity. They’re designed to help our customers:

  • Scale without operational bottlenecks
  • Improve delivery speed
  • Increase inventory flexibility
  • Reduce long-term fulfillment costs
  • Build greater resilience into their supply chains

Because DCL owns most of its fulfillment facilities, the investments are made with a decades-long horizon, providing our customers greater cost stability, operational consistency, and confidence that their fulfillment partner is built to grow alongside them.

A Recognition Shared with our Customers and Team

Awards like the Inc. 5000 recognize business growth, but they also reflect the partnerships and innovation behind that growth.

Every shipment processed, every system improved, and every operational challenge solved is the result of an experienced team working alongside customers to deliver exceptional fulfillment experiences.

“This recognition belongs to the entire DCL team and the innovative customers we support. Every day, our employees solve complex operational challenges behind the scenes so our customers can focus on building their businesses. The Inc. 5000 ranking validates that customer-first approach and gives us even more momentum for the next stage of DCL’s growth.”

Brian Tu Chief Revenue Officer

We’re incredibly grateful to our employees for their dedication and to our customers for trusting us to be part of their growth journey.

As ecommerce continues to evolve, we’re more committed than ever to building the technology, infrastructure, and partnerships that help brands scale with confidence.

The Inc. 5000 recognition celebrates our growth this year, but we’re even more excited about where we’re going next.
