His role includes development of best practices and procedures which minimize errors and enhance customer satisfaction. Alan's responsibilities include research and implementation of regulatory requirements, specific to various customer concerns.

With over 30 years of operational leadership, Mannix has led large-scale logistics and fulfillment operations for large-scale companies before coming to DCL Logistics, his past positions include Operations Manager at The Home Depot, and Support Manager at Staples, and Senior Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Albertsons. Mannix brings deep expertise in scaling multi-site distribution networks, overseeing full P&L, and leading high-performing teams across complex, fast-paced environments. He specializes in scaling multi-site distribution networks, implementing automation, and driving continuous improvement through Lean and 5S methodologies. Mannix’s leadership at DCL has delivered massive revenue growth, boosted capacity, and executed complex, high-impact projects with measurable financial and operational results.

With a career spanning high-volume fulfillment, 3PL startups, and supply chain technology, Shawn has led complex logistics operations and driven innovation across multiple industries and geographies. Most recently oversaw fulfillment operations as VP of Logistics at OceanX, a 3PL spun off from Guthy|Renker. Prior to that, he ran the California Distribution Center for Guthy|Renker and managed in-country Canadian fulfillment through 3PL partners like UPS Supply Chain Solutions and SCI; he managed a distribution center near Chicago for PBD Worldwide; and he helped run the Book of the Month Club, leading many departments including warehouse operations, returns, print shop, and planning and scheduling for the lettershop, ultimately running distribution for clients like HasbroToyShop.com and developing a USPS-certified postal manifest system.
