The DCL employees are clearly so engaged. When I come visit the warehouses they are all excited to share what they're doing, which tells me they want to do a good job. Some of the lowest tenured people in their warehouse have been there for 10 years. That tells me DCL takes care of their employees, which means they take care of their customers.
