Founded in 1982, DCL is headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley with multiple locations throughout the world.

Norman Tu founds DisCopyLabs to provide mass-market duplication of diskette software.

DisCopyLabs moves to San Jose and expands services to include assembly and shipping.

1989

DisCopyLabs initiates assembly and packaging services, offers complete manufacturing expertise.

DisCopyLabs opens a 80,000 sq ft facility in Fremont, California.

On-Line Copy founded for short run, fast turn media duplication and software production services.

1992

DisCopyLabs grows again - adds new facility in Southern California.

Receives ISO 9002 Certification.

Purchases Encryption Technology, adding CD-ROM/CDR manufacturing services.

DisCopyLabs expands focus, becomes DCL - offers complete start-to-finish turnkey manufacturing for both software and non-software products.

1997

Introduces online visibility tool eFactory, the Internet Customer Support System.

Acquires Memory Chips and merges it into On-Line Copy. Opens second facility in Fremont at Kato road, doubling capacity in Silicon Valley.

Installs J.D. Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning system, ultimately becoming Oracle

DCL expands services to include RMA and warranty services.

2002

DCL extends fulfillment services to the healthcare industry.

Receives ISO 9000:2001 certification.

2004

Provides SD, MMC and USB duplication services.

2005

Implements EDI capability for integration into the retail channels.

2006

Complies with SAS 70, Sarbanes-Oxley.

DCL installs solar at all facilities and converts all shipping dunnage to recycled materials.

DCL expands internationally to offer global fulfillment services.

DCL moves into a state-of-the-art 150K SF facility in Ontario, California.

DCL acquires Levelthree Solutions, a marketing solutions company.

Introduces ReturnTrak application, a RMA generation application. Receives ISO 14001:2004 certification.

2012

DCL celebrates 30 year anniversary. Establishes same day service for B2C.

2013

Introduces eFactory 9.

2014

The next generation of leadership arrives as Dave Tu becomes President. DCL opens 60,000 sq ft fulfillment center in Louisville, Kentucky.

2015

DCL rebrands to DCL Logistics and On-Line Copy Corp. to DCL Media Services. Levelthree Solutions, becomes DCL Print Solutions, a division of DCL Logistics.

2016

DCL Logistics purchases 14 acres in Louisville, KY with the plan to build a 163,000 sq ft fulfillment center.

2017

Launches eFactory 10.
